Use straight from the bottle for severe issues or dilute 4:1. Only dilute as much as you need for the bathing session. Store the remaining shampoo in the tightly sealed bottle in a cool, dark place.
For effective cleansing:
- Apply and lather the product into the coat
- If needed, add more water as you are lathering
- Let the product sit on your pet for a few minutes, lathering every so often
- If cleaning the ears, swab the ear with a bit of product then clean the ear out
